You just began your trip and your weekend in Atlanta has started! As a result, head over to the Centennial Olympic Park! You simply can’t make a better choice to start off your vacation. Atlanta is a booming metropolis and the Centennial Olympic Center is its thriving epicenter as it encompasses two of the most fabulous attractions you can find in Atlanta: the fascinating Georgia Aquarium as well as the World of Coca-Cola.

After you drank yourself silly on 60 sodas from all over the world, you can continue your wonderful vacation and go to Castleberry Hill. If you’re into art galleries, then this is the place for you because Castleberry Hill is the historic district of Atlanta that has put it on the map when it comes to creative talent. After lunch, Midtown is your next stop. The urban renewal of the city was kicked off by this area of the city that houses the Center for Puppetry Arts and the High Museum of Art, where you can relax and admire the 19th-century furniture as well as works of numerous American and European artists.

The first day has come to an end and Park Tavern with its lovely outdoor patio is the perfect way to watch the sun go down. Packed all day on weekends, this very popular microbrewery sits on the edge of the beautiful urban grassland of Atlanta. Night has arrived and you will soon realize that Atlanta is a bit of a party animal. You can opt for Virginia-Highland if you want a casual atmosphere or for the chic style of Buckhead. If you’re into the alternative scene, head over to Little Five Points. You will soon realize that no matter what your style of letting loose is, Atlanta suits you like a glove.

Rise and shine because it’s time for a new day! It’s time for a little bit of history and this is why visiting the historic district of Virginia-Highland is an absolute must. You will get in touch with the bohemian side of Atlanta and you will get the chance to discover the kitschy boutiques, outdoor patios, and unique taverns. Be sure to check out the Highland Inn, one of the best hotels in Atlanta. In the afternoon, you can spend your time relaxing in one of Atlanta’s many parks. Grant Park and Piedmont Park are all excellent choices.

All in all, the weekend has ended and you realized that you only experienced a tiny fraction of what Atlanta has to offer. Be sure to come back again!
